Return and Refund Policy for Bagudyan - Live Plants Delivery

1. Missing or Damaged Products: We take utmost care in packing and delivering your live plants. In the rare event that your product arrives missing or damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt. You can contact our customer support team at [customer-support@bagudyan.com] within [2 days] of delivery with clear photos of the damaged or missing items. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund, based on your preference.

2. Return Process: We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to return a product. Unfortunately, due to the nature of live plants, we can only accept returns in the case of missing or damaged items.

3. Refund Process:

  • If your live plant is missing or damaged, we will initiate a refund once we have confirmed the issue through the provided photos.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Please allow [5-7 business days] for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled (only if made mistekly multiple orders) within [2 hours] of purchase before they are shipped.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.

  • To start a return, you can contact us at support@bagudyan.com If your return is accepted, our logistics partner will pick up the product from your shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Picture of the product received
